- IP address and approximate geographic location
- Browser type, device type, and operating system

Ticket purchases. Ticket sales are processed by Eventbrite, a third-party ticketing platform. When you purchase tickets, your payment and order information is collected and processed by Eventbrite under Eventbrite's Privacy Policy, not by us. We do not collect or store your payment card details.
3. Cookies, Pixels, and Advertising Technology
We use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies on the Site, including advertising and analytics pixels operated by third-party service providers.
Please note the following:
By visiting this site, third parties may place cookies on users' browsers for targeted advertising purposes.
Third parties may use this data to target digital advertising on other sites and networks based on your activity.
Advertising and retargeting
We advertise our series and events across connected television (CTV), streaming, and digital platforms. We engage in retargeting, which means that after you visit our Site, you may later be shown our advertisements on other websites, apps, streaming services, or television platforms.
To do this, we and our advertising partners may:
- Place cookies or similar identifiers on your browser or device
- Collect information about your activity on this Site
- Match that information to households or devices across platforms in order to serve relevant advertising
- Measure whether people who saw our advertising later visited our Site
Our advertising partners may retain this information for their own periods, and may combine it with information they obtain from other sources.
Analytics
We use analytics services to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. These services may set their own cookies and receive technical information about your visit.

We use the information we collect to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site

5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information with:
- Service providers who operate the Site, send our emails, host our data, and deliver and measure our advertising
- Advertising and measurement partners, as described in Section 3
- Eventbrite, for ticket purchases and attendee management
- Venue partners, where necessary for event entry, seating, or safety
- Legal and safety recipients, where we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or property
- A successor entity, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
Note that sharing information with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under some state privacy laws. See Section 8 for your choices.
6. Filming and Recording at Events
Our events are filmed and photographed for television, streaming, promotional, and social media purposes. By entering an event venue, you acknowledge that you may appear in footage or photographs captured during the event, and that such footage and photographs may be used, reproduced, and distributed without further notice or compensation.
If you have questions about this, contact us at newmusetv@gmail.com before attending.
7. Your Choices
Cookies. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the Site function.
Interest-based advertising opt-outs. You can opt out of interest-based advertising from many participating companies through these industry tools:
- Digital Advertising Alliance: https://optout.aboutads.info
- Network Advertising Initiative: https://optout.networkadvertising.org
- For mobile devices, use your device's "Limit Ad Tracking" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" setting
Opting out does not stop all advertising — it limits advertising personalized to your activity.
Do Not Track. Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals. There is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, and the Site does not currently respond to them.
Email. You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails using the link in any email, or by contacting us at newmusetv@gmail.com.
8. State Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
- Access a copy of your personal information
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at newmusetv@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
9. Children's Privacy
Our events are restricted to attendees 21 and older. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at newmusetv@gmail.com and we will delete it.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Technical and advertising data collected through pixels is retained according to our service providers' retention schedules, which are generally no longer than two years from your last interaction with the Site.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Third-Party Sites
The Site links to third-party services including Eventbrite and social media platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those services. Review their policies directly.
13. International Visitors
The Site is operated in the United States and intended for U.S. visitors. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
